At Rescue Spa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if a product does not meet your expectations, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team via email or through your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or use your preferred insured shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
